South Bay is located in The Residential District at Dubai South along Expo Road. Travel time to Expo City Dubai takes 20 minutes, and to Downtown Dubai — 30 minutes.

As of Q2 2023, public transportation hasn’t developed in the surrounding area. It’s more convenient to travel around the Sultanate of Oman via private vehicles. Thus, within less than half an hour by car you will get to Salalah and Salalah International Airport.

The closest bus stop is Dubai South, Grand Express 1, located within a 20-minute walk. If you have a private vehicle, you can reach Downtown Dubai within half an hour.
